This is a spacious, comfortable and cozy 3-room apartment consisting of two bedrooms and a living room. The first bedroom comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables.
The second bedroom is cozy and decorated in peaceful green tones. A double bed, a wardrobe and a TV create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The third room can serve as a sitting room, a bedroom or a dining room; it has a comfortable full size sofa-bed, a large wardrobe and a dining table with chairs and a cupboard.
The kitchen is not large but it is well equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and appliances necessary to cook and enjoy your own meals: a microwave oven, a gas stove, a refrigerator, pots and pans, utensils, plates and dishes, etc. The bathroom features a shower cabin, a toilet with bidet and a washing machine.

Turn left and cross Sadovoe Ring using an underground crossing. Then turn right and walk straight to the building #13/15, it will be on your left side (there is a shoe store "Dom Obuvi" on the ground floor), the entrance to the building is in the courtyard.
