The Olympic self catering two bedroom holiday apartment is perfect for large groups of 10 guests coming to the city. The apartment is located in Amsterdam-Zuid business district, close to Olympiaplein and World Trade Center as well to the RAI Convention Center.

This cozy apartment comprises a large living room with two sofas in which one is a single bed. Also a TV for entertainment purposes.

Enjoy your meals together around the dining room with a table for 4 people and a open kitchen complete with all the necessary kitchen utensils.

Each bedroom has a double bed in each for two to sleep on. Bed linen and blankets will be provided.

For additional comfort, there are two toilets, one sink and shower for your use. Towels will be provided.

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash and credit card.
Breakfast not included.

Please note the following extra fees to be paid on arrival:

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros
Damage Deposit (refundable) - 250 euros
Late Check In - 30 euros

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
