Positioned on the edge of the city center on the Bilderdijkstraat, The Brownie, a spectacular apartment is 20 minutes walking distance away from the famous Dam square and a 15 minute walk to the Leidseplein. If walking is not your thing, transportation is easily accessible from the apartment with public transport stopping right around the corner from the apartment. It will take about 5 minutes to get to these locations.
***Please note that to get to the apartment on the second floor, you have go up some typical steps of the building. Please take precautions***
Once you enter the apartment that measures 70 square meters in total, dark polished wooden floors welcome you into the living room which is connected with the kitchen. There is a lot of daylight coming in through the large balcony window which can be shut with the curtains. Two guests can pass out on one of the 2 single sofa beds that are placed here while the others can watch t.v. sitting on the rug.
Here, you can also find a large dinner table for 6 with chairs. Overhead lighting provides an abundance of light if necessary.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary appliances such as oven, microwave, fridge, freezer kettle, cooking hobs and plenty of pots and pans assuring that you can cook your favorite meal. Cutlery, cups and glasses are also provided.
Three out the four bedrooms are furnished with double beds and 1 with a single bed with a side table and a lamp. Bed sheets, linen and blankets will be provided.
In the hallway, there are 2 shower corners and a separate toilet.
This area itself is full of supermarkets, restaurants and designer boutiques so you will always have something to do. There are bicycle paths for your safety if you decide to ride bike and an elevated tramway has been recently constructed with new trees and elms planted. Book now!

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
