With 2 bedrooms, each with double bed, you can rest assured as bed sheets, blankets and linen will be provided.
Chill out on the a comfy sofa bed in the living room and enjoy cooking meals in the stylish kitchen. The stylish kitchen comes with everything you need to make your own meals including dishwasher, oven and cooking utensils together with dining table and chairs.
A bathroom with sink, shower, bathtub and toilet provides privacy for all. Towels will be provided. As a plus, we offer WI-FI as well as a washer and dryer for your use.
This holiday rental is extremely accessible with the line #9 going directly to the city center! The area itself has many bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets and shops.
Take advantage of the fact that we manage two apartments in this same building which can be rented together.

Cleaning fee: 40 Euros
Damage deposit: 250 Euros (refundable)
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10 am - 3 pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Baby cot for requests 50 Euro.
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected
