Did you know that Paradise Seventh Heaven is considered to be a coconut plantation? In the evening, new landscape accent lights makes Paradise Seventh Heaven a perfect, magical and romantic location. Around the property you will find several hammocks for daytime, afternoon or evening naps and a couple of swings where you can cool off and let the Caribbean breeze rejuvenate your body, soothe your soul and forget your worries. Do not forget the 350 ft. of white sandy beach and to top it all, a full service staff to attend to your every need!
Verandah & Poolside: Your living space is not confined to the indoors at Paradise Seventh Heaven. You will find outdoor sofas just outside your bedroom. As you walk onto the verandah from the bedrooms, you will find a lovely sitting area with upscale outdoor furniture, sofa and lounge chairs around a table.
Comfy, decorative pillows add a touch of class when overlooking the pool, and our new poolside pavilion overlooking the Clear Crystal Waters of the Caribbean Sea. We have many well positioned lounge chairs and double chaise loungers for sunbathing around the pool area on our new stone patio.
As the sun sets, you'll enjoy a cocktail before dinner on the verandah. Foyer: The entrance to Paradise Seventh Heaven foyer is magical with its beautiful 8 ft. Jatoba doors, spacious stone wet bar with gorgeous granite countertops and sitting area.
This area is considered a beverage center and is a fully serviced bar. Along the cut stone wall is a one of a kind Tamarind bench. For added elegance we have added new Travertine tiles throughout the entire house in variety of sizes and patterns.
Dining Room: Paradise Seventh Heaven features a formal dining room with 8 ft. glass pocket doors (hurricane proof) opening up and hidden away to a Spectacular view of the Clear Crystal Waters of the Caribbean sea.
The table is a one of a kind, Tamarind Wood 130 in. L x 36-68 in. W dining surface, which seats 12. A conversation piece! You may enjoy a Tantalizing evening meal under the lighted tray ceiling as you are further seduced by the sunset.
Beautiful pendant light fixtures hang on both sides of a bronze ceiling fan and add a touch of prestige. Elegant dining chairs in a stunning tangerine are both stylish and comfortable along with a mahogany buffet.
Kitchen: Remodeled in 2008, a fully serviced Kitchen with state of the art refrigeration systems and appliances. A self serve pantry area where continental breakfast is laid out. New cabinetry and Corian Countertops give the kitchen a fresh, bright look.
Great Room: The great room may be where you want to relax after a day of activities such as sightseeing, snorkeling, or just laying by the pool. 8 ft. pocket doors (hurricane proof) open up completely to the great room area with a phenomenal view of the sun kissed pool area and the sea.
This area has a beautiful new comfy sofa, chaise lounges and chairs. A 50 inch plasma TV hangs from the cut stone wall in the middle of a media center with cable, DVD player, CD player, XM Satellite radio and surround sound.
Paradise Seventh Heaven also features a state of the art Sound System where individual volume controls can be located in the Bar, Dining and Pavilion. Movies, books and CD's can also be found for your entertainment and enjoyment.
There is a game table with unique bucket seats, computer area with internet access and two beautifully refinished slatted chests filled with board games, cards, dice, etc. all for your entertainment. A tray ceiling with rope lighting makes for pleasant evening ambiance. Ceiling fans hang to provide a cool breeze on hot sunny days and nights.
Powder Room: On the opposite side of the dining room we have a new addition to the Villa that contains a powder room with custom Jamaican made vanity with Driftwood mirror and a one of a kind sea shell chandelier. The powder room is perfect for children coming from the pool or sea with wet bathing suits or for guest use.
New at Paradise Seventh Heaven, A 400 sq. ft. Pavilion overlooking the Clear Crystal Waters of the Caribbean Sea and Blue Mountains with authentic thatch roof. A perfect retreat from the hot sun or a gathering for drinks and cocktails before dinner is served.
The pavilion has a comfortable lounge chair seated area with a cushioned bench.
A beautiful dining table with elegant outdoor dining chairs combined with the right amount of lighting and soft music, make for a magical setting for an evening dinner.
