Wasa boasts an 8 km paved trail around the lake which is ideal for cycling, walking and/or running. Hiking is truly abundant in the area as is golf. The area also features many historical sites such as Fort Steele Heritage Town, the Cranbrook Railway Museum, and Kimberley's Mining Railyway.

This B&B is an escape from the ordinary. A truly unique experience, combining comforts with adventure. It is nestled between the massive Rocky Mountains and the Purcell Mountain Range, just south of Banff, Lake Louise, near Kimberley, BC.

Wasa Lake is the warmest in the region. Its sandy beaches are very popular with sun bathers and water sport enthusiasts. The B&B has lush green lawns, tall shade trees and its own private beach.

Accommodations are located in separate guest cottage. 2 suites each with private detached bath. Sleeps up to 8 guests. A simple, breakfast option may be available. Please inquire. Extra charges apply.

Outdoor beach kitchen available with; BBQ, Fridge, Stove, Toaster Oven, Coffee Pot, Tea Kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc.

Fire pit also available.

Swimming, canoeing, and kayaking are waiting just outside your door. Bicycling, hiking and tennis/pickleball are right next door and eleven golf courses are close by.

The honeymoon suite is quite exceptional with the best views, its own private patio and an awesome steam shower.

Beach House rooms get outstanding views of the lake and Rocky Mountains and have private entrances, private baths, and private decks. Rooms have air conditioning, complimentary coffee/tea, robes and beach towels.

The beach cabin sleeps up to 8 guests. There are two suites each with private entrances. The Pine/Pine Cone suite is ideal for families and sleeps up to 6 guests (2 adults, 2-4 children). The Pine room has a queen bed, and a bunk bed, sitting area, and desk. The Pine Cone room is small and has 1 bunk bed. This room is ideal for children. Private deck. The Tamarack suite is ideal for couples. It sleeps up to 2 guests. It has a queen bed, sitting area, and desk. Guests wake up looking out over the lake and at the beautiful Rocky Mountains. This suite also has a large, south deck.

Each room has it's own private, detached bath. Each bathroom is three piece (shower only) with the Tamarack room bathroom having a walk-in steam shower.

The Main House room gets outstanding views of the lake and Rocky Mountains and has a private entrance, ensuite bath, and small private deck. TherRoom has air conditioning, complimentary coffee/tea, robes and beach towels.

A simple, breakfast option may be available. Please inquire. Extra charges apply.

Reservations: Once reservation is confirmed, full payment is due (unless prior arrangements are made).
Acceptable forms of Payment: Email Money Transfer, Direct Deposit or Credit Card (fee for credit card).

Cancellations: Summer Season, there is a 60-day cancellation policy. Spring and Fall Season, there is a 30-day cancellation policy. A 25% administrative fee is applicable for all cancellations. We are closed in the Winter. Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance.

Cleaning Fee: $50 per room per stay.
Taxes: Taxes: 13% tax will be added to invoice.
