3 Martini Beach Bar Restaurant & Apartments

Currently we have 9 unit's available. With 6 Beach Front / Ocean View rooms ensuite, individually decorated with island charm. Each private deck boosts a spectacular view of the islands of Montserrat, St. Kitts & Nevis and St. Bart's and sunsets are celebrated daily, truly magical (you will want a camera)also available are 2-1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen/dining room living room apartments, and 1- 2 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, dining room, living room apartment. All of the accommodations have private decks. Please note that Antigua's electrical supply is 220/120 volts

We are located hillside in a remote (but very accessible) part of Antigua, in front of the beautiful white sand of Crab Point Beach, on the south-western coast of Antigua. The southwest coast has spectacular sunsets, a great view of Montserrat, and pristine beaches. We are 12 miles south from Antigua's capital, St. John's. An approximate 40 minute ride from the V.C. Byrd airport. We generally maintain temperatures between 24C (75F) and 35C (95F), with constant trade wind breezes.

The restaurant & bar is cooled by the trade wind breezes and hosts a daily celebratory sunset happy hour. With some of the most spectacular sunsets and full moons on the island. 3 Martini restaurant borders the courtyard full of tropical plants and overlooks Crab Point Beach. Enjoy excellent cuisine at our romantic terrace restaurant, informal dress. Casual, intimate atmosphere are the hallmarks for our bar, restaurant which serves breakfast and evening meals. Reservation required for evening meals (feel free to sample some of our local fare). Join us at the bar for our daily sunset specials. Free WIFI available.

Our customer Service representatives will be most pleased to assist you with pricing and availability of the many water sport, hiking and beaching activities.There are also natural and historical sites well worth the view. Late cancellation or noshow – one night charge

We request a prepayment of the first night as a guarantee or a deposit of half the total amount if more than 3 nights and the balance due on arrival.
Note: This deposit is refundable on a 72 hour cancellation notice, with a cancellation fee of the first night of stay

Directions

Taxis are readily available from the airport which is an approximate 40 minute drive. It is wise to agree on a specific fare before departing, For the more adventurous, Local buses to the West Bus Station run about every 20 minute or so, remember Bus no. 22. We can assist in arranging various vehicle rentals, provide maps & directions to get you where you want to go. Driving is on the left side of the road
