Beautiful SUNNY apartment is within 10 minutes walk from the Guggenheim Museum, Fine Arts Museum of Bilbao, the Euskalduna Conference Centre / Opera and the Maritime Museum.
The apartment makes you have a comfortable stay with a SPACIOUS bedroom with two cupboards and offers the possibility to cook at the functional kitchen if desired without necessarily having to eat out. There is a 32-inch TV. The apartment is just opposite to a green area.
It has all the main landmarks and Museums in their surroundings and you go without using transports.
A short walk to the main attractions of Bilbao: Guggenheim Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, Bilbao Alhondiga, Euskalduna, Bilbao Arenal (Teatro Arriaga), Old Town (7 Streets).
Payment upon arrival by cash only; There is an ATM just around the corner from the apartment. Text or email me when you arrive (scheduled time) and again just as you are leaving--that way I know all is OK. No parties. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it.

Good morning :
My name is David and even though we've never met in person, please get these instructions I tell you to have a good impression of the city that in a few days will visit: BILBAO.
As most of our guests come by plane to visit us the best way they can do is collect their luggage and Do as the locals.
That is, instead of taking a taxi as you would use as a 'tourist' get the BIZKAIBUS A3247 found as about 30 meters ahead on the right hand side of the taxi rank that is immediately outside the Arrival Hall at -1 (street level) ( It is an airport shuttle ).
Be seatted on the right hand side of the bus, it is the opposite side of where the bus driver is and I hope the day you arrive is sunny enough. The reason to sit on the right you'll know when arriving to Bilbao through La Salve bridge (Puente de la Salve). Hope you like the view.
You get out of the Bus at the last stop at the Bus Terminal named TERMIBUS. From there go down to the lower level to the Metro because Metro stop is San Mames - Termibus. The apartment is only a Metro stop away and is called Deusto. Take Exit (salida) LEHENDAKARI AGUIRRE sign and I'll be waiting for you at that street at Lehendakari Agirre, 61.
