This charming little house is perfectly located in one of the most beautiful areas of the east coast of Athens. Situated in a very quiet and green area by the Aegean sea, it combines unique characteristics: it is close to the beach (5 min. walk) with excellent clear waters for swimming, it has unobstructed view to the Aegean Sea (the plot in front is a private forest land) surrounded by a smooth olive and pine tree landscape with very few houses around. At the same time it has a quick access to the fast highway (“Attiki Odos”) towards the airport (15km) and the center of Athens (35km). The blue-flagged beach is one of the most secluded and clean water areas of Athens. It is perfect for travelers seeking to join relaxing vacations by the sea with cultural/social visits to the center of Athens. The plot (1000m2) is covered with greens, flowers, olive trees, a lemon tree and fruit trees (tasteful grapes and figs). Several covered and uncovered yards surround the house, making outdoor living variably pleasant. Three of them overlook the sea.
