During the sixteen days Everest Base Camp Trek between landing in Kathmandu and your departure from there back home, you will not only see the majestic beauty of Everest and the Himalayas, you will experience it. And you will also experience Nepalese culture, food, customs, and hospitality, as your expert guides immerse you in our wondrous land.

You will see World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu Valley, including temples, sacred sites and thousands of years of history. You will hike through Himalayan pine and Doedar cedar forests, leading you into the celebrated village of Namche Bazaar. Here, Tibetan and Nepalese traders exchange their wares. You will see the Tengboche Monastery, the spiritual center of the Khumbu. You will descend through yak pastures, hike through beautiful rhododendron forests, and gaze upon the spectacular splendor views of the Mountains and of course, you will spend time at the Everest Base Camp. Witness the same sight that mesmerized many would-be climbers who tried and failed to scale its heights, until 1953, when Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay conquered the summit.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla; trek to Phakding -2652m, 3 hrs. Overnight at guesthouse. B.L.D Plan

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m), 6 hrs. Overnight at guesthouse. B.L.D Plan

Day 05: Acclimatization; hike to Khumjung 5 hrs. Overnight at guesthouse. B.L.D Plan

Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3860m), 5 hrs. Overnight at guesthouse. B.L.D Plan

Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4410m), 5 hrs. Overnight at guesthouse. B.L.D Plan

Day 08: Acclimatization; hike to Nagerjun (5100m) & return. Overnight at guesthouse. B.L.D Plan

Day 09: Trek to Lobuche (4910m), 5 hrs. Overnight at guesthouse. B.L.D Plan

Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp & return to Gorekshep. Overnight at guesthouse. B.L.D Plan
