Family Fun and Romantic Stays at Blue Skies Inn

Charming Manitou Springs is a small mountain town of only 2,500 acres, located in the foothills of Pikes Peak. Within a mile or two, you will find the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, the Pikes Peak Toll Highway, the fascinating Cave of the Winds, the Garden of the Gods - an amazing park full of grand sandstone formations, historic structures dating to the 1870's when the Wild West was very new, fun shops and hiking trails that vary from easy to challenging. Zip line attractions, white water rafting and trains are within an hour's drive. Yes, we have castles, too!

The inn is constructed as a Gothic Revival village with three structures holding ten individually decorated suites. At 450 sq. ft., each suite has a large bedroom, a sitting room, and a giant bathroom. A full, hot breakfast is served as room service, delivered to your suite to enjoy at your leisure. If you are visiting as a family, this lets your children have a stress-free morning. If visiting as a romantic couple, you can dine in your jammies, then catch a few more winks of sleep.

Our ten spacious suites have names that echo their themes. Indian Rock Art I and II are decorated with murals of authentic ancient pictographs. Garden themed suites are Midnight Woods, Ferdinand's Garden and Morning Glory. Our sky-themed suites are Blue Skies, Starlight and Sunset. Then there's our quirky Deep Blue suite that is ocean themed, and the Dot Matrix suite full of tiger stripes and leopard spots. There's a suite for every mood.

Our inn is super sound-insulated, so we welcome families in our fun suites with extra beds. You will be as happy here as your children, we promise!

We specialize in accommodating those who can't book just anywhere, so we are pet-free for those with allergies. Our interior spaces are smoke-free, and each suite has its own remote heating and cooling system - you won't hear it, and you won't smell anyone's perfume. Children of any age (and their well-behaved parents) are always welcome.
