Best of Northern Tanzania in this 4 days safari for those who are short in time. Including Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National park.
Day 1: Arusha - Tarangire
You will be picked up in Arusha and driven to Tarangire National Park. Huge herds of wildebeast, zebras, elephants, elands and Oryx gather to stay in Tarangire until the onset of the rain. In the late afternoon drive back to Flamingo Safari Campsite. Lunch and dinner included.
Day 2: Serengeti
After breakfast you will head to Serengeti. You will enjoy a late afternoon game drive in the amazing Serengeti. About 70 larger mammal and 500 bird species are found there. This high diversity is a function of diverse habitats, including riverine forests, swamps, kopjes, grasslands, and woodlands. Blue wildebeests, gazelles, zebras, and buffalos are some of the commonly found large mammals in the region. Try to spot those lions or leopards! In the late evening you will drive to your overnight at the Nguchiro Campsite. 3 meals included.
Day 3: Serengeti
After breakfast you will venture into the Serengeti's wilderness corners for a full-day of game viewing in the park. With a picnic lunch beside you, take your leisure while exploring this world heritage site, where earth's largest concentration of plain game still roams free! In the late evening you will go to Nguchiro Campsite or similar campsite for rest, dinner and overnight. 3 meals included.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
From the campsite you will drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a half day game drive inside the crater. This is undoubtedly the best place to see black rhino in Tanzania as well as the prides of lion that includes the magnificent black mined males. There are lots of colorful flamingoes and the variety of water birds. Other animals that you may see include leopard, cheetah, hyena, other members of the antelope family and small mammals. In the late evening you will then drive back to Arusha. Breakfast and lunch included.
