Meztli Spanish Language School Tulum

Meztli is a favorite Spanish Language School offering total immersion into the Spanish language through private and peer group classes in the town of Tulum, Mexico as well as online Spanish classes. With Meztli's unique and progressive methodology, you'll hear, see, and feel the Spanish language in its natural environment. No matter your age or Spanish level you'll quickly learn a foreign language as one learns their first language: naturally.

The language lessons at Meztli Tulum campus are adapted to the learning style of each student, even when studying within a small group of students of your same level. Meztli's teachers are fluent Spanish speakers, highly motivated, and continually trained and certified. They are energetic and interested in sharing their passion for language and the Mexican culture. Instructors have different backgrounds enabling Meztli to offer Spanish to those that have a professional need for the language. Online Spanish classes are also available to new and continuing students.

A Spanish course at Meztli provides more language acquisition than with other Spanish schools especially when you join the extracurricular activities that will improve conversational skills and increase vocabulary. These weekday activities include afternoon Mexican cooking classes, salsa dance lessons and morning yoga classes. All on-campus activities are included in your tuition. Study materials and Wifi connection are included too, there are no hidden fees at Meztli. Excursions can be added to your program for an additional fee.

At Meztli you won't be stuck indoors in a boring classroom. Our classes are outside in our shady gardens so you can enjoy the fresh air and the sights and sounds of Tulum. Look up and you'll see parrots and toucans in the trees! Meztli Spanish School is conveniently located near the main street in the town of Tulum.

At Meztli (proudly, a woman owned business) you will be offered intensive Spanish language classes, friendship, assistance with your travel needs, free coffee, free WiFi - and always a warm Mexican welcome. We invite you to immerse yourself in Spanish - and afterwards see all the area has to offer, Tulum is "much more than a beach".

Optional yoga begins at 8am Tuesday through Friday, Mondays are reserved for new student orientation, continuing students will begin at 9am on Monday. Small group classes are weekdays from 9am until 12 noon. If you've signed up for private classes, you and private program director will set your schedule weekly.

Year round adult Spanish classes are popular for all ages, from mid to late teens, to retirees. Placement in a small group is made first by determining your current Spanish knowledge, then age group is considered. Students are from around the world, you'll meet interesting people with similar language and travel goals. Children's classes (they learn differently than adults) are also available year round, young students are typically for 5 years of age or older.

We encourage students to find their own accommodations, however we have a couple of options to recommend that are located next door to Meztli Spanish School

Non-smoking campus. Everyone is welcome. Small dogs may be welcome upon special request.

New classes begin every Monday. Mid-week start dates can be accommodated upon request. No school closures for holidays, except for December 25 and January 1.
