We pick you up from your hotel then meet our guide will tell you the best way to sit on the back of the scooter for safety. Then we go to a great spot to check out the longest ceramic mural wall in the world as by Guinness book of world records. Before going off to see Long Bien Bridge just as dusk is setting into Hanoi.
This is a great way to see parts of the city that most tourists don't get to see or even hear about. See the famous B52 lake, hear the story about how Presidential candidate John McCain was shot out of the sky and captured and held prisoner for 5 years in Hanoi. Learn about the amazing history of West Lake.
Capture some amazing photos of West lake just as the sun is setting over Tran Vu Pagoda.
2. Experience the Authentic Hanoi
Then we take you to the most popular street stalls, hidden alleyways and of course where the locals love to hang out with their friends.
We stop for dinner, drinks, and snacks all along the way as we cruise around west lake.

Policies & Restrictions
a) Minimum age: General Policy: For the majority of our trips the minimum age for children is 6. All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the child's day to day care. Please refer to the child policy of each individual A Taste of Hanoi for more details.
b) Maximum age: General Policy: For the majority of our trips we have no upper age limit though we remind you that some of our tours can be physically demanding.

Other Information
1. Cancellations / Refunds
a) Cancellations fees: may apply to any cancellations of a service provided by A Taste of Hanoi. Unless otherwise specified the cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to tour receive a full refund
Cancellations made 72hrs or less prior to the tour attract a cancellation fee of 25% of the full tour price.
Cancellations made 24 hrs. Before tour day or less prior to tour attract a cancellation fee, no refund.
Cancellations made 2 days or less prior to tour attract a cancellation fee, or the fee is waived if the tour is rescheduled within 72 hours.
This cancellation policy applies for all tours otherwise stated.
b) Unused portions of tours: No refund is provided for any unused portion of a tour (including the entire tour in the event a traveler does not commence at the designated start point of the tour).
2. Amendments to bookings
a) It is possible to make changes to existing bookings. All changes within bookings must be made within writing and both A taste of Hanoi and client must confirm the new booking date and tour time for it to be fully confirmed. i.e. if a tour is booked for Friday but the client need to change it to Sunday, this has to be made in writing for either the morning tour or the afternoon tour. This would need to be made more than 2 days before the first booking.
Prices applying to the new booking will be the price at the time the new booking is made. Cancellation charges may apply: refer to 1.3 Cancellations / Refunds.
3. Confirmation & Vouchers
a) Confirmation: upon receipt of full payment the lead traveller (the person who has initiated the online booking), A taste of Hanoi will issue a receipt for the tour booked via email.
4. Timeliness
Travellers must adhere to the time(s) set out in the product information on their voucher. In the event a traveller(s) is not in the designated starting point on the time(s) provided, A Taste of Hanoi and the local Partner will consider the traveller(s) to be a “no show†and the tour will start without them, no refund will be provided. The following start point(s) are outlined in the product information and on the Traveller(s) voucher:
a) Pick up: if a pick up is included in the tour the times the service will be provided are listed in the product information and on the traveller(s) voucher, the traveller should wait in the lobby of their hotel between the designated pick up times outlined.
b) Meeting point: If a meeting point is set for the tour, one time will be set as the start time 4:15- 4:30pm,), traveller(s) should be waiting at the designated start point on the designated start time. It is recommended that you plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the tour.
