8 Days Serengeti Migration Luxury Safari

This fantastic journey combines 4 Tanzanian iconic wildlife destinations including Tarangire, Lake Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area as well as Serengeti National Park.
This safari starts with a visit to Tarangire the Home of Elephants, Lake Manyara National park one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a shallow but huge soda lake covering two-thirds of the park and home to large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake, The Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest intact volcanic caldera, forming a spectacular bowl of about 265 square kilometers, with sides up to 600 meters.
To round off this trip you will visit Serengeti national park home to the annual Wildebeest Migration and as such considered as the largest wildlife sanctuaries in the world because it has the largest concentration of big mammals in the world. Here you will encounter among others: leopards, cheetahs, elephants, prides of lions, impalas, giraffes, hippos, warthogs, lots of birds, and many more.

Day 1 - Arrival Arusha
You are met at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) by our representative and transferred to Tulia Hotel and Spa in Arusha. On arrival at the hotel, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink while completing check-in procedures. Settle in your room â€" The rest of the day is at leisure to unwind and get ready for your first adventure tomorrow morning.

Day 2 - Tarangire National Park
Early in the morning after having breakfast, you will be picked at the hotel and then drive to Tarangire National park. This park is Tanzanian third largest national park and it is characterized by the amazingly large herds of elephants that can be encountered in this park. The park is famous for its big Baobab trees are one of the other highlights of Tarangire national park and the Tarangire River that flows all year round is the lifeblood of the park, a lot of animals like predators and the preys alike gather around the river where you can do excellent game viewing.

Day 3 - Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, you will be picked from the lodge with a picnic lunch to Lake Manyara National Park
The park displays 11 numbers eco-systems which shows the diverse vegetation, ranging from savannah to marsh to evergreen forest and this supports one of the highest biomass densities of large mammals in the world. Lake Manyara is a must-stop for those who want to combine nature and game viewing on their tour to Africa.
Abundant numbers of bird species both the endemic and the migrated estimated to be more than 350 different bird species make this park one of the most demanded destinations for bird lovers. Besides the birds the variety of animals you can find include the gazelle, impala, buffalo, wildebeest, hyena, baboon, giraffe, hippo, and the famous tree-climbing lions that are unique to the lake.

Day 4 - Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After a hearty breakfast, you will drive down the adventurous track into the crater. This UNESCO world heritage site, formed millions of years ago, is 610m deep and covers roughly 260 square kilometers. Due to its dense animal population of approximately 25,000, the crater offers the best game viewing of all the parks in Tanzania. In a matter of minutes, you will be able to see wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, elephants, and some of the more than 500 bird species native to the area. With a little bit of luck, you might catch a glimpse of the endangered black rhino through the grass.
After lunch, you will ascend the steep walls of the crater and head to your accommodations at one of our carefully selected Luxury Lodge partner lodges in Ngorongoro at The Ngorongoro Retreat Luxury Lodge

Day 5 - Serengeti National Park
Early breakfast, drive to Central Serengeti you proceed entirely dictate the pace of your day, in discussion with your guide. Search for lion or cheetah along the edge of the woodland or head out into the vast plains to get in amongst the wildebeest migration, along with herds of zebra and gazelle at every turn. The fabulous variety of birdlife in this area as well as the carpet of flowers that develops with the first rains will surprise you.

Day 6 - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we will set off on a full-day game drive in the wilderness following the Great Migration trails. Our experienced driver tour guide will provide you with interesting facts about this highly renowned event, which makes Tanzania the top safari destination in Africa.
Serengeti, a UNESCO world heritage site, is home to around 200,000 zebras, and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelle, which join in the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. Listen to the exotic sounds of over six million hooves pounding the open plains. This is just like you imagined Africa to be!

Day 7 - Serengeti National Park
The entirety of today is set aside for a game drive in Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti is the habitat for an abundance of wildlife, including impalas, buffalo, crocodiles, and hippos, Leopard, cheetah, and Lions

Day 8 - Departure
Early start today for an early morning game drive to see also nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals waking up in early morning light or breakfast at the lodge, and the morning goes on your final game drive en-route keep your eyes open for any elusive wildlife that you may not have seen, transfer to Seronera Airstrip in time for Check-in (Luggage free weight each person is 33 LBS & 11 LBS on Hand), and Schedule flight to Arusha Airport. AURIC AIR flights depart Seronera Airstrip at 11: 00 AM and arrive at Arusha Airport at 12: 15 PM.

On your arrival at Arusha Airport, you will be Meet our safari driver and drive A short distance for a fare well-deserved Lunch at Arusha Coffee Lodge. Here you will have a variety of English â€" African taste meals with soft drinks & juices. After lunch, we transfer back you to Kilimanjaro International Airport in time for check-in for the departure flight.
