Lori has been in love with and interested in learning about nature and wildlife since childhood, and she grew up enjoying the outdoors in her home state of Colorado and across the American West. After getting a degree in environmental biology and ecology from the University of Colorado, she had a very interesting and rewarding career working in the corporate world. But after years spending nearly every vacation pursuing her passion for wildlife photography and nature experiences around the world, she decided to find a new way of life that allows lets her do both full-time, and Alaska was a dream destination. There's nothing she'd rather be doing than sharing this wonderful place with visitors!
