Glaciers & Wildlife - This 8-hour tour travels south of Anchorage and includes the scenic Turnagain Arm, the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, the Chugach National Forest, Portage Valley and Portage Glacier cruise. Alaska Wildlife - Travels south of Anchorage to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center and includes scenic photo stops along the world-famous Turnagain Arm. Tour is 4 hours. Matanuska Glacier Hike tour - A true bucket-list adventure 100 miles east of Anchorage. There you will hike on the glacier ice and experience one of the most beautiful drives in the United States. Tour is 10 hours.
You will be greeted and guided throughout the day by local Alaska guides. Complimentary pick-up is provided at most Anchorage hotels. Our 11-14 passenger vans are comfortable and equipped with large viewing windows and a quality sound system. Water and snacks are available all day. We make photo stops and, if safety permits, will stop if we spot wildlife. At the end of the day, drop off is at your hotel or any location in the hotel areas. Airport drop off can be arranged.
Almost everyone can enjoy our tours. We recommend a minimum age of 8 years old for our Matanuska Glacier Hike tour. Our Alaska Wildlife tour is great for families with children, as is our Glaciers & Wildlife Tour.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund when you cancel up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations inside of 24 hours, no refund applies. If you do decide to cancel, please do so as far in advance as possible. You can reschedule your tour at no charge, provided you travel within 24 months of the original tour date.
