Glaciers & Wildlife - Our most popular tours go south of Anchorage and include the scenic Turnagain Arm, the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, the Portage Glacier Valley and . To the north, we offer a Glacier Only Walk to interactively learn about glaciers on the Matanuska Glacier. Scenic Hatcher Pass is also an option.

You will be greeted and guided throughout the day by either John or Susan, the owners and 40 year residents of Alaska. Complimentary pick-up is provided at most Anchorage hotels. Our 11-14 passenger Sprinter vans are comfortable and equipped with large viewing windows and a quality sound system. Water and snacks are available all day. We make photo stops and, if safety permits, will stop if we spot wildlife. At the end of the day, drop off is at your hotel or any location in the hotel areas. Airport drop off can be arranged.

Almost everyone can enjoy our tours. Since most of our tours are all day, they are not recommended for children under 8 years of age. Private tours for families or groups with children under 8 years can be arranged.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 14 days prior to the tour date are subject to a 10% fee. Cancellations inside of 14 days, no refund applies.
