Keswick is situated at the heart of the English Lake district. Sitting on the northern shore of Derwentwater a fresh water lake known as The Queen of the Lakes, surrounded by spectacular scenery with mountains and pretty valleys it is a walkers paradise. With many local attractions such as the famous Cars from the Stars museum, with Wordsworths cottage a short drive away as well as the Castlerigg Stone Circle, or maybe visit Mr Mcgreggers Garden from the tales of Beartrix Potter.

We have six tastefully furnished guest rooms which comrise 3 Double En Suite rooms, 1 Stnadard Double, Twin and Single.One Double room has a four poster bed.

Evening meals are available and bookable in advance at a cost of 10 pounds per person complimented by a table license which allows us to serve alcoholic drinks with meals.
