All LHR retreats have both a fitness & educational component along with optional post retreat coaching for at home support. Each day includes a minimum of 4-6 hours of physical activity, healthy cooking classes, mountain treks, beach bootcamps, sunrise yoga, educational seminars, success planning sessions, one to one coaching, kayaking adventures and more! Each program we offer takes in the local culture, sights and healthy gourmet cuisine that makes each destination unique.also included:
