Unknown to many Khao Lak is home to a beautiful and almost undiscovered mangrove eco system with rivers, jungles and forests. Khao Lak's mangrove cover an area of over 60 square kilometres, and for the first time it is now possible to experience this breathtaking and tranquil environment.

Typical Day
MANGROVE EXPLORATION & KAYAKING
Leaving on our longtail boat from a small local fishing village we will take you on a cruise through previously unvisited, unseen mangrove rivers. After some time and photographic opportunities we will arrive at our floating base hidden deep inside the mangroves.
In these totally natural surroundings you will find only tranquillity and nature at its best. From here we use kayaks to explore the small streams and rivers that twist and turn through the mangrove trees. After a while we will head back to the platform for some rest and refreshments. Once everybody has got their energy back there is a chance to swim and cool off in a sheltered, hidden in-land lagoon before heading back to the pier.
ISLAND DISCOVERY & SUNSET DINNER
Join us as we take you to areas around Khao Lak seldom seen by tourists.
After leaving from your hotel we take you by local taxi to a small local fishing town. From here we take a short longtail boat ride across to a small island. At the pier we will be met by a member of the local community on the island who will take us on a drive from the south to the north of the island.
During the drive we will have the opportunity to see real Thai island communities and ways of life. Also jungles, plantations and grasslands. The grasslands on the island are home not only to the buffalo but also hundreds or birds.
Once we arrive at the northern most tip of the island we have a chance to take a closer look at the nature of the island and kayak through the trees to a secluded beach. Here we can spend some time relaxing before we go to the west side of the island. The west side of the island boasts a beautiful long sandy beach that is the perfect place to swim and enjoy a delicious Thai-style dinner while watching the sun sink gracefully into the sea before heading back to your hotel.
PRISTINE BEACHES & LOCAL SNORKELLING
Nobody knows the underwater world around Khao Lak better that the people who live in the fishing villages. Our crew we born and raised in, on and around the waters here. Their life revolves around the sea. So who better to show you the best snorkelling close to Khao Lak?
After leaving from the pier the snorkelling spots are just a short but scenic ride away on our longtail boat. Our crew will choose the best spots with regards to the tides, weather and sea conditions.
Before returning to the hotel there is just enough time to rest and relax at one of Khao Lak's many un-crowded beaches.
SHORELINE CRUISE & SECLUDED BEACH
Our coastal cruise is perfect for those who really want to relax and get away from normal life. The coast around Khao Lak is made up of misty mountains, lush jungles, small islands rocks and reefs. This is a fantastic place to see birds and often fish jumping from the water.
Come with us as we cruise through the stunning, tropical scenery before heading to a long and beautiful beach that is almost always deserted. There is plenty of time to relax on the beach with some fresh fruit before returning to your hotel.
