1st day
Arrival at Jože Pučnik airport (Ljubljana). Guests expected by a guide, who takes them to a rental car.
On our way we make a stop at a boutique cheese dairy. On the farm, cheese has been produced since 1988. All the milk is bought from local farmers and produced in unpolluted nature. You will be shown the cheese production and visit cheese aging rooms. Finally cheese tasting takes place, together with Slovene high-quality wines (they offer more than 70 cow, sheep and goat cheese sorts). Departure to hotel 4 * in Ljubljana.

2nd day
Departure to a fairy tale landscape of Lake Bled. A guided tour of a charming Bled and a visit of a confectionery, snacking on a typical Bled dessert i - the Bled cream slice.
We are going to drive with a wooden boat called pletnja to the only Slovenian charming island with a church, where you can rig the famous wishing bell and make a wish.
We head to the stunning Bohinj Lake situated in the Triglav Natural Park . We make a stop at the lake and then proceed to the cable car, taking us to the Vogel viewpoint at 1800 m a.s.l. (magnificent view of the Bohinj Lake).
Excellent four-course dinner in a family restaurant, placed among top 10 restaurants in Gorenjska region.

3rd day
Guided private visit of Ljubljana: a romantic bridges, the castle on the hill, with a view of Ljubljana and its surroundings, the remains from Roman times, the interweaving of different epochs, reflected in buildings (the old town nucleus with its major sights: the medieval Ljubljana Castle, Three Bridges, the Robba Fountain, Park Tivoli).
The boat ride. Panoramic tour from the water perspective. You can enjoy the view of Ljubljana Castle, some of the embassies and newly renewed river banks.
dinner at the Restaurant in down town Ljubljana, Slovenia, is S. Pellegrino's Top 100 World's Best Restaurant. It's the closest interpretation of a sophisticated pallet you'll ever experience in this region. Welcome to the world of culinary art of world renowned chef. His menu based on the relationship between the four elements: Earth, Water, Air, and Fire, representing four tastes i - sweet, salty, sour, and bitter.

4th day
Departure from the hotel towards coastal region.
A visit to a family-owned fish hatchery. Guests are taken in boats to fish hatcher basins and have a look at the fish farm renowned for the Piran sea bass grown in unpolluted waters. You will learn many a detail required for achieving high nutritional value of the Piran comber in an unpolluted environment.
You will visit sightseeing in the ancient town Piran (the Piranka house, parish church, town wall...). Situated on a romantic promontory with a church and walls on its tip. Its narrow streets and alleys remind us of the once powerful Republic of Venice, under which role Piran used to be for quite a long time.
Dinner at a Piran family inn, famous for delicious seafood dishes.
5th day
A visit  of a stunningly beautiful Škocjan Caves i - walking tour ( UNESCO World Heritage List)
Lunch at the famous manor of innovative cuisine in Vipava, which is known for numerous Italian guests (slow food, Restaurateurs d'Europe).
You set out for a boutique wine growing region Goriška Brda.

6th day
 You will visit the village of Dobrovo (a Renaissance castle) and a medieval village Šmartno, which boasts mighty walls and a viewing tower, from where one, in fine weather, can see as far as the Adriatic Sea. 
You make a stop at a farm where the tasting of oil, wine, fruit- cherry ... takes place (home made products can also be bought).
Wine tasting at wine grower's with a long family tradition in this branch and numerous wine awards. You will be taken to a boutique wine cellar, where you will get familiar with the wine production procedure. After that, wine tasting in a tasting room with a magnificent view of vineyards takes place. With wine you will taste cheeses and meat delicacies from the region (prosciutto, salami).
Dinner at a boutique family estate , which offers haute cuisine and their own prosciutto and salami. The owner and chef is one of the best cooks in the Goriška Brda region. 

7.day
A visit to a emerald Soca valley. The valley and its emerald Soča river (TNP) received in 2008 the EDEN (European destinations of excellence) award.
Lunch in the house of creative tastes in Kobarid, with great emphasis on local dishes (Jeunes Restauratuers d'Europe). Restaurant is a beautiful countryside house & estate, with three generations living in different floors.

8. day
Departure to the airport.
