From I-85 North: Exit onto Gregson Street. Proceed past Brightleaf Square. Morehead Manor is two blocks past the Durham Police Department on the right.

From I-85 South: Take the Downtown/ Durham Freeway (Hwy 147) North Exit. Proceed north on the freeway to the Chapel Hill Street exit, turn left at the intersection, then right onto Gregson Street. Morehead Manor is two blocks on the right.

From I-40 East: Exit onto the Durham Freeway (Hwy 147), then exit the Chapel Hill Street exit. Turn left at the intersection, then right onto Gregson Street. Morehead Manor is two blocks on the right.

From I-40 West: Exit onto Hwy.15-501 north and follow the direction below.

From the South Square Area: Follow Hwy. 15-501 Business to University Drive. Past Forest Hills Shopping Center, turn left on Duke Street. Proceed to Chapel Hill Street; turn left at the light. Make the next left onto Gregson Street. Morehead Manor is two blocks past the Durham Police Department on the right.
