2010 Standard Rates

Standard Rates below are per person* per night not including 13% tax:

• $239 during the period January 5 to May 27, 2010** and December 1
to December 17, 2010
• $189 during the period May 28 to Nov 19, 2010
• $289 during the holiday periods:
o Valentine's Weekend: February 11 to February 17, 2010
o Easter Weeks: March 27 to April 10, 2010
o Thanksgiving: November 20 to December 1, 2010
o Christmas and New Year Holiday: December 18, 2010 to January
5, 2011 ***


* children 6 to 12 are 50% of the adult rate and children under 6 are free.
**excluding Valentine's and Easter weeks.
*** 7-night minimum during the Christmas holiday season and min number of guests per villa. 3-night minimum and two-person minimum occupancy per villa applies during all other times.

These rates include a private luxury villa, daily maid service and personal cook, access to all amenities at Recreo, such as the tennis courts, basketball courts, beach volleyball, kayaks, horses, snorkeling, use of a private golf cart, mountain bikes, the gym and much more. This vacation package also provides you with all meals, snacks and non alcoholic beverages.

The package starts at $149 per person per night plus tax. Included are a dedicated chef preparing 3 personalized meals per person per day, a housekeeper for daily service, mountain and bay views from private balconies, infinity pools at each villa, concierge services, full access to the fitness center and tennis courts, chauffeured transportation around the estate and to the beach, and other on-site amenities including kayaking, horseback riding, mountain biking and snorkeling.
