What an adventure. We made it to the top thanks to Chief Guide Abuu and his crew.
The trip of a lifetime that challenged us physically and mentally. We became part of a family during our stay and would highly recommend using this company for your African adventures.

A very welcoming atmosphere, and in addition to successfully summiting Mount Kilimanjaro I also experienced Tanzanian food, and lifestyle.
I visited a school and interacted with students!
Eco- Africa Climbing so far has 100% success in summiting and I did the 10 days Lemosho route. The porters were very friendly and helpful, guides were very good and so was the organizer Fredrick!

My friend and I came to Moshi wanting to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and a friend of ours introduced us to Frederik from Eco-Africa. After comparing the different prices of each tour operator and what they had to offer, we chose Eco-Africa to guide us through the 6 days Machame route. Every member of the staff was super helpfull prior to the climb, the guide named Abuu came with Frederik and made sure we had everything we needed. He even gave us a ride to the atm downtown because we needed money.

Once on the mountain we had a superb crew, the staff was really friendly and it felt as if we were a big family. The cook made outstanding food which was always diversified. We even had two cakes (one for my birthday and one as a congratulation once we reached summit). We never got sick because of the food nor the water. Every evening, we had medical checkup where they checked our vital signs and our overall feeling on the mountain. Furthermore, they always carried a bottle of oxygen in case of emergency and the guide had a variety of pills in case we needed assistance. The porters this company uses are well treated compared to the one we saw on the mountain (some didn't had socks or climbed with sandals), our crew was well equipped.

Finally we were well received at the end of our trek while the owners were waiting for us with sparkling wine and beers for the whole team. We had a really good experience with eco-africa and we recommend it to anyone. I would like to highlight the fact that this company supports sustainable tourism so they give a share of their profit to and organism of your choice. The hostel we stayed in was an NGO supporting the born to learn school so eco-africa helped them by planting trees at they school. Would recommend to anyone!
