The Riverhouse Hotel is a family run hotel, situated in the heart of the infamous lively Temple Bar area, in the city centre of Dublin and enjoys the surroundings of a great variety of shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants and cafes.
All bedrooms are en suite with tea/coffee making facilities, TV/Radio and direct dial telephone. All triple rooms have 2 beds (single & double -extra charge for third bed Eur30.00, payable direct)and Quad rooms have single bed, double bed and rollaway.
Temple Bar, also known as Dublin's left bank, is only a short stroll from Dublin's well known shopping areas such as Grafton Street, O'Connell Street and Henry Street, while cultural delights such as Trinity College, Dublin Castle and Christchurch are just around the corner from the Hotel. In this vibrant and compact city there are endless ways to spend your days in the Capital.
Chic bars, restaurants, new exhibitions and trendy shops are all to be found in close proximity to the hotel. It is ideally situated for access to all the well known Dublin attractions.
For directions to the Hotel from the Dublin Airport, take the AIRCOACH service to Trinity College and walk up Dame Street taking the 5th turn on the right off Dame Street into Eustace Street. Special rates for return tickets Eur12.00 or Eur7.00 one way.
If travelling from Houston or Connolly Stations, please take the LUAS (Tram) to the Jervis Street stop and proceed through the walkway by the Health Express Pharmacy, over the Millennium Bridge straight into Eustace Street.
If you are arriving by ferry to Dublin Port, services are run from Dublin Port on Alexandra Road, which will bring you into the City Centre. Route numbers 142 and 53, both stop on Eden Quay.
Taxi Fare from the Airport Eur25.00-Eur30.00 approx. and from the Rail Stations Eur6.00 approx. as per meter only, never per person, please be mindful of this.
Fleet Street 24-hour Car Park is closest to the Hotel and offers the following Discounted Rates - Overnight 1800 -0900hrs Eur9.00, and Day Rate between 0900 - 1800 Eur15.00.To leave your car for a period of 24 hours will cost Eur 24.00. Please ensure you get your car park ticket stamped at the Hotel Reception. Payments have to be made at the cash desk within the car park, adjacent to the exit barriers, on ground level. Please note, refunds cannot be given to those who pay at the pay station, as it automatically charges normal car park hourly rates. Please ask at reception if you are unsure about the above information.
