Barnalick House is a 19th Century Irish Farmhouse situated in the quiet Golden Vale countryside near the picturesque village of Adare in County Limerick. We offer En suite Bed & Breakfast in the farmhouse as well as self-catering vacation apartments in the Coach House in the courtyard.
Nearby are Horsetrekking and Equestrian facilities, Fishing opportunities and thoroughbred racing in Limerick Racecourse. There are two Golf courses in Adare including the Adare Manor Hotel Championship golf course which hosted the Irish Open in 2007 and 2008.
Adare is considered to be the most picturesque village in Ireland with beautiful thatched cottages, three monasteries and a medieval castle.

Bed & Breakfast: B&B accommodation in Barnalick House is in the old farmhouse. There are 2 bedrooms available for B&B. The bedrooms overlook the garden and front patio with the historical hill of Knockfierna in the distance.
Self Catering: 3 luxury mews. Two 2-bedroom mews and one 1-bedroom mews
One Bedroom Apartment: Our 1-bedroom luxury mews contains double ensuite bedroom and one sofa bed.
Two Bedroom Apartment: Both of our 2-bedroom luxury mews contain 2 double/twin rooms and a bathroom.
Barnalick House is located 2km from the centre of the village of Adare, just off the N21 Limerick to Killarney road.
From Limerick

From Limerick take the N21 Limerick to Killarney road. Drive 16km to Adare. Continue on the N21 for 1km past the junction for the R519 road to Ballingarry (Stay on N21). Turn left at the next signposted crossroads on L6128. Drive for 300 metres to a gate on the left hand side with Barnalick House on the on the piers of the gate. Go through the gate and drive for 200 metres up the avenue. The house will become visible 100 metres up the avenue. Drive into the courtyard where there is ample parking space.
From Killarney

From Kerry take the N21 Killarney to Limerick. After the passing the village of Croagh continue on the N21 to Limerick. Take the 2nd signposted right turn after Smithfield Service Station on L6128. Drive for 300 metres to a gate on the left hand side with Barnalick House on the on the piers of the gate. Go through the gate and drive for 200 metres up the avenue. The house will become visible 100 metres up the avenue. Drive into the courtyard where there is ample parking space.
