At the petrol pumps in Bawnboy go left up the hill. Follow that road approx. three quarters of a mile the road will fork, keep left. Go approx. 1 mile watch out for signs on your left, St. Peters Church, Lake Avenue House. Take that road to your right.

At the petrol pumps in Bawnboy go left . The Village Cottage is the third premises on the right.

Take the M50 south from the airport, then take the N3/M3 West. Take the M3 Motorway on to Virginia and Cavan Town. On the outskirts of Cavan Town you will come to a large round-about. Take the Enniskillen exit. This will take you to Belturbet. Drive through Belturbet to a large round -about outside the town. Take the first exit going towards Ballyconnell, N87,(Slieve Russell Hotel ).Go through Ballyconnell to Bawnboy, Lake Avenue House is signed from the village.
