Plymouth overlooks one of the Worlds' finest natural harbours at the confluence of the rivers Tamar and Plym. It is also on the borders of Devon and Cornwall, and at the Southern edge of the wilds of Dartmoor. To the west, lies Cornwall and its little fishing ports and sandy beaches, and to the east the rolling hills of the 'South Hams' and the sailing ports of Devon.
An early Victorian town house (1840's), now listed Grade 2, decorated to a high standard and offering a 'Four Diamond + Silver Award' quality standard, catering for Non-Smokers.
