Rafting with kids, as young as age 4. With over 12 years experience we are the only U.S. outfitter focused exclusively on taking families with younger kids whitewater rafting helping them enjoy fun family adventures. All trips are guide-assisted and Class I & II whitewater. Its fun and playful, not hardcore. Great for the kids.
Typical Day
Our trips are half day trips and include a light snack. Arrive one-half hour before trip time. We'll get you outfitted with gear and do a safety briefing. Then we'll take a short ride (about 15 minutes) to the put-in. Hit the river and enjoy this pleasant and beautiful whitewater run through a mountain gorge. We'll stop along the way to enjoy the river, play in the water and relax. We can email you our kid-friendly activity guide "Kids Stuff in the Mountains" to help you with lodging and other activities in the area.
Age range, type of group
Kids as young as age 4. 99% of our customers are families and groups with kids age 4 to 8 and whoever comes with them.

There are hundreds of places to stay nearby and even more places to eat. We can email you our kid-friendly activity list "Kids Stuff in the Mountains" It will help you plan a trip from a day to a month.
Restrictions
As young as age 4. Younger kids should be comfortable with water and little bit of a go-getter.
