All cancellations of bookings should be made not later than 2 days before arrival, all the changes should be communicated to the reception desk in advance by email or phone.

Your non-arrival by the agreed check in time will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation. In case you fail to arrive by your agreed check in date and time, Hostel Celica is authorised to charge your credit card without further reference to you an amount not exceeding one night's charge.
