Every guest staying in the Hotel will be required to pay this fee at the end of each stay directly at hotel by cash. The fee is per per person and per night of stay for a max of 5 consecutive nights, children under 10 will be exempt from the tax. For young people aged from 11 to 16 years the tax is payable at 50%

Arrival by train : From the railway station, you are just 5 minutes walking distance, crossing the Grand canal over Ponte Dei Scalzi.

1) Tronchetto parking just at the near end of the Ponte della LibertĂ
2) Piazzale Roma parkings - there are 2 : San Marco mainly for daily use or

3) Less expensive but as practical: At the beginning of Liberty bridge you have parking on the right were there is the Aval offices (hotel information). You may leave your car there and then take the bus to Piazzale Roma. Busses pass every 5 minutes and any bus goes to Piazzale Roma. You also have other parkings in front of the railway station of Mestre. You may leave your car there end take the train to Venice Santa Lucia train station (trains pass every 5/10 minutes for Venice and it takes 10 minutes to arrive) - Then you can go by foot or use vaporetto (waterbus) n°1 and cross at Piazzale Roma.
