Our "holiday packages all inclusive" are born with the idea to Combining the vacation in a comfortable private villa, with the tradition of discovering the secrets of Italian and Tuscany cuisine
Learn about wine, appreciating the quality and discover the territory of Arezzo a wonderful corner of Tuscany between Florence and Siena. The professionalism and experience of the staff will follow in carrying out the courses, applicable to all food lovers.We guarantee you the best assistance during your stay.  you can enjoy visiting art cities and discover medieval sites with its ancient tradition.
As we only take small groups "Participants: Max 8 people per course" everyone can really get involved.
Each day that you cook, you and your fellow culinary artists will dine on the terrace, sipping local wine whilst overlooking the rolling green hills of the beautiful Tuscan landscape for a Tuscan cookery break with a difference.

Day One Meeting at the Arezzo train station or at the villa where you can enjoy typical welcome aperitif snack buffet with Prosecco wine testing; Introduction given by the chef Fabrizio and the villa owner, a chance to get to know each other. Followed by Exclusive dinner prepared by chef Fabrizio.
Day Two
Following breakfast first cookery lesson with the chef, enjoying the results for lunch
Tonight Dinner in villa, for an traditional dinner prepared for you by the chef
Day Three
Following breakfast, cultural tour in the most picturesque locations in Arezzo, lunch included at typical local restaurant (soft drinks included - wine extra price)
Return in the villa for Dinner with a delicious crispy pizza menu prepared by the chef
Day Four
After breakfast you will have free time to relax by the pool or take a stroll in the magnificent surroundings of the villa.
Lunch will be serve in the villa
In the afternoon we will prepare a delicious dinner all together in your second cookery lesson.
Day Five
After breakfast enjoy your final cooking lesson and lunch together
In the afternoon wine testing in a prestigious winery of our knowledge
or
Enjoy a day sightseeing or shopping at leisure
dinner included at typical local restaurant (soft drinks included - wine extra price)
Day Six
After breakfast and some time to relax, we take you back to the Arezzo central train station.

Travelling Solo?
- This cooking holiday makes a great singles holiday as it is the perfect opportunity to meet like-minded people and there are NO single supplements for a private single room
- Please note that this course runs for a minimum of 2 people and solo travellers can join existing groups. Please contact us on info@le3rose.it with your ideal dates of travel to check availability
Suitability
- Suitable for all levels from beginner cooks to intermediate chefs
- Your chef Fabrizio will go into some depth regarding the history and science of the dishes, so even experts will come away having learned quite a lot
- Minimum age 18 (under 18s accepted accompanied by an adult)
- All classes are taught in both Italian and English

respecting the Tuscany country style of its surroundings: a hillside setting with soft and relaxing views, with a lot of opportunities for hiking,biking, walking or horse riding along the trails in the surrounding area of the Holiday villas
offers the possibility to enjoy wonderful days, maybe reading a good book in the, well maintained garden, in complete relaxation with a breathtaking view over the gentle hills of Tuscany countryside or immersed in the warm waters of its swimming pool and waiting for a delicious Tuscan dinner prepared with our organic products.
Elisa, Lorenza, Marina and Sofia are the names of our apartments with 4 rooms are comfortable but not overly large to be able to offer even more the sense of the crop and cozy; all the appartaments are equipped with private bathroom and a fully equipped,

Reservations must be made by bank transfer or paypall; to an amount equal to 30% of the total established, will follow the invoice
To ensure the availability the extra services should be booked in advance.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
A) Any cancellations must be received in writing (by e-mail, fax or mail).
B) Cancelled bookings will be subject to penalties as follows:
From the moment of reservation until the day of arrival will be charged a penalty equal to 30% of the entire stay.
