Other Information

Enjoy the opportunity to learn to organize and prepare meals with our chefs and experience the culinary aspects of Italy even if you are pressed for time. A quick and unique way to explore the history, culture, and traditions of an area.
While you're in Sorrento or in the Amalfi Coast, join us for one, two, or three fun mornings in the kitchen for a hands-on Italian cooking class concentrating on the foods and wines of this beautiful region. Held on the lovely estate of the Giardino delle Esperidi Resort in the brand new school’s location , the class enables you to learn more about Italian cuisine and to develop new skills to replicate classic Neapolitan cooking at home.
All Cooking Classes are taught in English by local Chefs and food experts and begin at 10 a.m. preparing the three-course meal we will enjoy after the three hour lesson. For the first course, we'll make pasta by hand, and will complete such dishes as gnocchi with fresh tomato sauce with basil and mozzarella cheese. The second course will feature a traditional local fish, sea bass, cooked in a typical Neapolitan way called “ crazy water”, with capers, black olives, organ and tomato sauce. The lunch will finish with a wonderful local dessert such as tiramisu or lemon delite.
