Welcome to the Surtees Guesthouse a friendly welcome is always assured in this family run guesthouse, offering budget accommodation in central London.
The guesthouse is conveniently situated close to Victoria Station which is only 5 minutes walk away. Major bus routes are also close by as is the Gatwick express.
All of London's major attractions are only a short journey away and you will find attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Tate Gallery and No 10 are all easily accessible.

We have 10 rooms, consisting of two double ensuite, one double basic, one twin ensuite, two triple ensuite, one triple basic, one quad basic (that sleeps 5), and two quad ensuite (one that sleeps 5 and one that sleeps 6).

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours (2 days). If you wish to cancel your reservation please let us know 48 hours prior to your first day of your reservation, otherwise you will be charged as a no show which is the equivalent of one night's stay.
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Directions from Victoria station:
If you exit on Wilton Road (this is called the 'main concourse' of the station where you will see Burger King, among many other things, and where you will see the main bus station, and the theatre showing the play Billy Elliot), turn to the right, go down about three blocks until you see 'Cafe Nero' on your right. This is Warwick Way - turn right and keep walking straight. You'll cross over a large street, Belgrave Road, and continue down another block and a half, and you will see the hotel on your left. If you exit on Eccleston Road (you will have gone up an escalator in the station and gone through a small 'mall' area with shops) you come out and turn to your left. Walk straight and this becomes Belgrave Road after about a block. Keep down another two blocks and you will see a small news agent shop on your right and the Marquis Pub on your left. Turn right, this is Warwick Way. Go down a block and a half and you'll see the hotel on your left.
Directions from Victoria Coach Station:
You should be exiting onto Ebury Street. Continue straight down Ebury as it becomes St. George's Drive after you cross over a small bridge, for approximately three blocks. You will come to Warwick Way. Turn left and we are half a block down on your right. If you exit and find yourself walking down Buckingham Palace Road and you see Victoria Station one block up, then just continue and turn right on Eccleston Road and follow the directions above.
By Car:
If you are travelling to the hotel by car and would like directions, please contact us by phone, fax or email and we will give you exact directions as well as car parking facilities nearby. Please note that central London operates a Congestion Charge zone between the hours of 7am-6.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. The current daily charge when entering the zone is £8.00, to find out more and how to pay please vist the following website www.cclondon.com

There are several bus stops near to the hotel as well as Victoria Coach Station just a few minutes from the hotel. If you are travelling by bus please contact us, then we will be able to provide you with directions to the hotel.
