Located in sunny Southern Idaho this bucolic little hamlet has a long and storied past . The Bellemont Hotel represents 33 percent of all hotel rooms available in Ketchum Sun Valley . The Bellemont Hotel accommodates 95 percent of All Competitive Teams of all ages in Alpine Ski Racing Snowboard Competitions of Freestyle Half Pipe and Boarder Cross Nordic Skiing National and Regional SemiPro Hockey Teams Amateur Hockey Teen and Youth Bantam Leagues and we provide accommodations for Business Travelers Recreational Skiers and Tour Groups . During the Holiday Seasons of Thanksgiving Christmas New Year and for the entire months of July and August Holidays Rates apply and there are no discounts available . During the Christmas and New Year Holiday Season all reservations must be prepaid and are nonrefundable . A 50 percent nonrefundable deposit is required at the time the reservation is made . Cancellation of any reservation must be completed 7 days prior to the Day of Arrival in order to not be charged the balance on the reservation . A credit card is required to book a reservation . A faxed or scanned copy of the credit card with signature may be required by the hotel prior to arrival . Any discounts must be applied at time of reservation . Only one credit card can be used when paying for the reservation deposit and the balance due the Day of Arrival . Multiple credit cards or splitting the reservation is not allowed . Room types must be specified at the time of the booking and must appear on your room confirmation . We have two types of Beds Standard Doubles and Standard King . Advance Notification is needed for the following Conference rooms in town Van transportation rollaway beds and infant cribs .
