Both have been recently restored and refurnished and are given all the comforts for a quality stay. The owner, resident in the building, ensures you assistance and friendly care.

The Verdi apartment is on the second floor of the building and is provided with a wide entrance/living room with a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a single sofa bed, a bathroom with bath, a garden terrace, with table, chairs and sunshade umbrella for pleasant open air lunches and dinners. The bedrooms are all equipped with fan and/or air conditioning; the apartment, furnished in an up to date style, is equipped with fridge, microwaves oven, dishes, cutlery and kitchen tools, linen , hairdryer, colour TV, baby bed (on request), fire-extinguisher and First-aid kits.

The Mascagni apartment is on the first floor of the building and is provided with a wide entrance, a kitchen with a dining area, a big double bedroomliving room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower.

The Puccini apartment is on the first floor of the building and is provided with an entrance/kitchen with balcony, a dining area with balcony too, a double bedroom with balcony opening on the main street, a single bedroom in the attic and a wide bathroom with shower.
