All usual shops for food, drink,, banks post office, nail bar, clothes menders, dry cleaners etc round the corner plus off licences, bars, many takeaway and wide selection of restaurants. Couple nice coffee bars. Lovely large park 3 mins away. Dogs in house will accompany anyone who wants to go there for guided tour; or can be kept completely away if not a fan of them.

No 7 bus from town, from near back of city hall in Howard Street, or opposite Europa, get off at South Parade, cross road, go past the Ulster Bank and you're there.Turn into Rushfield Avenue and house is on slight bend only 50 metres from the main road. Botanic train station has bus stop to Ormeau Road outside. 25 min walk to/from centre. Map on web site. Not far from Ormeau Park. From Central Station taxi i 5 or 6 max, or walk along beside river towards Ormeau Bridge, cross it and Rushfield Avenue is 500 metres up road on right hand side. Go past park and then shops. When you see Centra and then Ulster Bank you have arrived. House has black door and garden is full of flowers; you will know it when you see it. Namaste sign above door.
