Casa Bellavista is the newest and friendliest hostel in La Candelaria! We are located right off the PLaza del Chorro de Quevedo, surrounded by cafes, bares, galleries, museums and theatres...just to name a few!
Casa Bellavista offers lots of tourist information and activities around the city, such as bike tours, party buses with other hostels and ecological hikes in the mountains around Bogota. And for those days/nights in the hostel, you can relax with a book and take in the view from our sun room, take a free salsa class in our bar/activities room, or cook your own meal from one of the recipes our guests leave on the kitchen wall. Don�t forget to step outside the hostel and catch some live music in the plaza!
We offer medium-sized and small dormitory style rooms with private or shared bathrooms, as well as private rooms. All our beds have new mattresses and lots of blankets to keep away the Bogota cold. Breakfast is included with your stay!

From the International Airport � El Dorado*.
Cross the street and catch the bus number �299 Germania Centro�. Ask the driver to tell you to get off at the round-about at Calle 19 with Carrera 3rd. From there, ask anyone for the Plaza del Chorro de Quevedo (it�s well-known). Casa Bellavista is a pink house right off the plaza at the entrance to Callejon del Embudo. From the Central Bus terminal*
Leave the terminal and catch the bus number �C-23 Moralba Germania�. Ask the driver to tell you to get off at Carrera 4 with Calle 13. Then walk two blocks up Calle 13 ( towards the mountains) until you reach Carrera 2 (Plaza del Chorro de Quevedo). From the Transmilenio.
Get to the station �Las Aguas� or �Museo del Oro� and go to Avenida Jimenez with Carrera 4th. Then, walk southon Carrera 4th until you reach the corner with Calle 13. Then walk up two blocks up Calle 13 (towards the mountains) until you reach Carrera 2 (Plaza del Chorro de Quevedo). *Currently, the only public transportation from the bus terminal and airport are buses and taxis. The buses can be difficult to use unless you are familiar with Bogota, so we recommend you take an official airport/terminal taxi either directly to the hostel (ask the driver to take you to El Choro de Quevedo, we are the pink house right off the plaza) OR to the Transmilenio (nearest stop is Ricaurte). At Ricaurte, take a J line to the Museo de Oro or Las Aguas stop.
