We are the funnest Property in Playa Grande to stay.
Our host and owner love to video tape surfers at our beach 'Playa Grande'.
We promise to have Air conditioning, Hot water, and a informative Host.
Of course our competition can not keep up with our promises.
Our place was designed by surfers for surfers.
Surfers dedicate most of there time in the water and want a comfortable place to crash with out the fancy cost of paying for overpriced hotel rooms.
Since we our world travelers ourselves we made our place affordable and comfortable. Still having the comforts of home and a social atmosphere.
We are very aware of your needs including places to buy your food, fix your board, and making your smoking habits a inexpensive approach.
Being surfers helps us understand our culture and the basic needs of surfers.
We have made a separate unit for all girl apartments for a comfortable stay for our surfer girls.
We have a host with 2 large dogs that makes sure your stuff stays safe with us.
When you come to stay with us you will get quality place to stay vs a mosquito infested box.
If you have stayed in Costa Rica before you understand how important it is to have air conditioning and hot water.
Save money by buying your own food and cooking home with us.

1 Coming by car from Liberia International airport, you can start by traveling south towards Santa Cruz from Liberia to your first right it will take about 30 minutes. You will look for Tamarindo signs. The signs will also list other beach cities like Flamingo beach, Conchal beach and Playa grande. You are eventually going to Playa Grande.
2 When you see the signs make a right ( there will be a gas station on the south west corner).
3 Go strait until you get to a T. At the T you will make a left (you cant go wrong because everyone will be making a left).
4 This road will be about 20 minutes until you get to a Y intersection.
This intersection is the small town called Huacas. Stay to the right and head on strait. If you go left (you are not supposed to) you will end up in Tamarindo.
5 As you get closer you will hit the last town called Matapalo.
At the center of the town or the end of the soccer field (on your right) there will be a four way stop sign. Make a left.
You know you are going the right way after you cross a small bridge immediately after you turn.
From this point it is 5 -8 minutes away. Stay strait until you will have a left turn to a dirt road. If you see the two lions and two Buddha's on your right that means you just passed our left hand turn and you need to turn around. A 100 meters in on the dirt road, at the curve you will see "Cerca del Mar" on your left.
