The bed and breakfast Asko was founded by two friends, Antonio and Pierpaolo, united by working both at the Hospital of Lecce and passion for volunteering. Their belief is that everyone,
regardless of race, social class, religion, political belief, sexual orientation,
n and should be in its own way in solidarity with those most in need. Always been involved in the local context, and Pierpaolo Antonio (nursing first, the second doctor) some years working with friends and friends at various health projects in Ethiopia, where they go during their vacation periods. Both nature lovers, Antony and Pierpaolo could not perform this activity only in a particular place in the countryside and yet close to the liveliness of the city, and a few kilometers from the sea: a house surrounded by 5000 square meters of green, where even their animals live in total serenity.

Asko bed and breakfast is a large, modern, beautiful villa overlooking the road that leads from Lecce to the golden beaches of Otranto and Bear Tower, only few tens of kilometers. The center of Lecce, then, is only three minutes. Moreover, the nearby entrance to the convenient bypass Lecce can quickly reach any area of Salento, also on the Ionian side (Gallipoli, for example, is less than half an hour by car).
Lecce train station is less than ten kilometers, and is the starting point for many buses and taxis. Brindisi-Casale Airport, reachable by comfortable highway unpaid, is 45 kilometers, the Bari-Palese, also connected to Lecce from state 379 and 16, is 155 km. Both airports operate shuttle services (direct from Brindisi terminal at the city of Lecce) and car hire.
