The great building has the characteristics of a medieval castle. It was built between 1902 and 1904. The Castle is a work of the English architect Lamont Young and had originally the name 'Castello Lamont'. It has a neo-gotic style with outstanding massive towers where theodoric and Elizabethan pattern interlace.
At the beginning the work was strongly critized for the uncommon use of the lines which were not in harmony with the neogotican tradiction.

Shuttle bus until headline Municipio Square, then Central Funicular (FUNICOLARE CENTRALE ) everyone can indicate it. Once on funicular (not direct line) first stopover CORSO VITTORIO EMANUELE. Once out of funicular station, you are very close to us.
By rail:
From the central station at Piazza Garibaldi, take the underground Line 2 to Piazza Amedeo, then take the Funicolare chiaia, and stop at Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
By car:
Naples tangy direction Pozzuoli and exit NAPOLI VOMERO VIA CILEA. Once out of motoroad continue along Via Cilea direction Piazza Europa. Arrived in Europa Square, take on the long road descending on the left and continue until you find a large crossing road at the end of via Tasso. That is CORSO VITTOIRIO EMANUELE, where you'll find us.
