We are a new 3 Star Hotel in the Northern part of Rome, well connected to the Vatican city and the city center.

We are 15 minutes by car from the Airport of Fiumicino. If coming from the central train station (Termini) please take the metro to Valle Aurelia (Line A) and catch the city train FR3 directly to Ipogeo degli Ottavi station (15 to 20 minutes). From the station you can board the bus 909 or 992 which will take you directly to the Hotel in 10 minutes, the closest bus stop is at 500 meters from the Hotel and is called Palmarola- Fosso Santo Spirito.
