Our Bed & Breakfast is located in the center of Rome, just a few steps from Termini Station and just 50 meters from the Metro to Termini (Vatican area in 10 minutes).
Near the B & B there are the most important monuments of Rome like the Arch of Constantine, the Campidoglio, the Trajan's market, the Trevi Fountain, Circus Maximus Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain.
The rooms are bright, comfortable and quiet, and have in-room wireless internet, desktop PCs with free internet access in the lobby, fan, fridge in the lobby, water and hot water

Cancellation policy is 3 days. late cancellations and no shows will result in your credit card to be charged the price of the first night as a penatly (or 30% if your booking is more than 3 days long).

The B&B can be reached in various ways.
From Fiumicino airport you can take a shuttle to Termini Station.
In Termini Station just take 'Via Giolitti' exit. Moving alongside 'Via Giolitti' turn in Via Rattazzi. Moving alongside Via Rattazzi you reach 'Piazza Manfredo Fanti'.
Trains arrive exactly at Termini Station and then, you can follow the indications given above.
By car it's very easy to reach us: just follow the instructions to 'Centro' or 'Stazione Termini' from any entrance of Rome.
