During the winter season (from 01/11/2011 to 10/02/2012) check-ins and check-outs will be done at our main hotel Antica Casa Carettoni (Lista di Spagna 130) which is just between 08.00am-20.00pm. If you wish to arrive after 20.00 you must contact the hotel reception to advise about your late check-in

Please note we only accept payments by CASH upon arrival as credit card facilities are not available; the 90% outstanding amount is due to be paid when checking in

While IVA is included in the on-line room rates, please note the Local Tourist Tax is not) and it is to be paid separately upon arrival (2 euro per person per night)

In case of hotel's technical issue all reservations will be transfered in a sister hotel just 1 minute walking from main building. Same room category, same hotel category ( 2 star hotel ), same booked price will be guaranteeded to our guests without any extra payment.

Directions

From the bus station:
the Hotel is found just a few steps on theleft. The hotel is just a few steps away to yourleft. For those who wish to have an enjoyable stroll, the hotel is about 5 minutes away by foot from Piazzale Roma, or if you have parked at Tronchetto, we suggest the use of public transportation.

From the Santa Lucia Venice Train station:
The hotel is located about 500 m. from the train station. From the exit of the station, take your left and continue along. You do not need to pass any bridge.

From the Marco Polo Tessera Airport (Venezia):
The airport is about 4 Km from the hotel. The bus goes directly to Piazzale Roma.In taxi you can go to Piazzale Roma, and then continue as described above. The water taxi from the airport to the hotel will take you approximately 50 meters from the hotel.
