Each beach cabaña faces a gorgeous stretch of beach. The 8 BEACH ZONE cabai as are closest to the ocean, and the 6 GARDEN ZONE cabai as are just behind the beach zone. All of our cabai as are very close to each other, and all are on the sand.

Please note that all of our guests staying in the cabañas at Coco Tulum share a huge public bathroom, cleaned three times a day. Ladies and gents each have 4 showers and 4 toilets, as well as a changing room. The bathrooms allow for privacy, and there is hot, fresh water.

Directions

We are located right on the beach on the road to Boca Paila. The Sian Kaan natural Reserve and the Tulum ruins are a 20 min bicycle ride in either direction.

Tulum is located on the Caribbean Sea, two hours south of Cancun. When you fly in to Cancun, you can either rent a car, take the bus, or we can assist you with private transport. When you get to Tulum proper, take a left at the San Francisco de Asis grocery store, head toward the beach, then turn right at the end of the road. We're about three kilometers down on your left.
