Built in 1973, precisely located in front of S. Andrea di Quartu S. Elena sandy shore, 10 km from Cagliari, La Casa Sulla Spiaggia is an independent property surrounded by a wonderful garden.
It is divided over two floors: living area on the ground floor and sleeping area on the first floor. On a large balcony overlooking the sea, you find two double bedrooms, one with private bathroom. The third room is set to the west, also overlooking the sea.
In order to maximize space and comfort, the interior was completely renovated in 2005, giving the entire house among other also an efficient air-conditioning unit.
