We require your reply and valid credit card details within 3 working days. If you do not provide valid credit card details within 3 working days your booking may be cancelled as a result.
You have up to 3 days prior to arrival to cancel the reservation without charge. If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival you will be charged 1 night stay. Same day cancellations, no shows or early check out will result in 1 night charge.

If you arrive to Tirana from Rruga e Durrësit (Rruga means street), continue towards the City Center until you've reached it. Then enter the Dëshmorët e Kombit Bulevard.
After the first red light keep the left lane and turn left to Zhan d'Ark Blvd. after the third red light situated on the Lana Bridge.
Follow the Zhan d'Ark Blvd. until the next red light (crossroad between Zhan d'Ark Blvd and Rr. Elbasanit) where you should turn left and continue straight ahead. Where Rruga e Elbasanit meets Rruga Xhorxh Bush take the first turn right to Rruga Jeronim de Rada. Once there, it is easy to notice the hotel 30m from the turn.
If you arrive by taxi, just ask the taxi driver to bring you to Rruga Xhorxh Bush in front of the Albanian Parliament (the word "parliament" will help) and then ask for the Jeronim de Rada street which is right in front.
