Al vecchio Pontile, built in the early '60s, was recently renovated and used as a Bed & Breakfast, but it preserves its original architectural and structural features of great importance.
The ground floor in rustic style has special naval decorations and include a large breakfast room, a lobby and a kitchen on the first floor, all in vintage style. You'll also find a quiet room and bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. All rooms include balconies on the second and last floor. There is a large terrace where you can read a book and sip a glass of wine at sunset.
The entire property is surrounded by a large garden and a parking, and it is located within the beautiful nature reserve islands of the Stagnone, where you can admire the beautiful Egadi islands (Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo), the Island Longa, the Schole and the historic Island of Mozia.

From Palermo take the motorway A29 continue for Trapani / Marsala, after the release of Marsala go to Birgi, turn right in the direction of Marsala.
At the roundabout, turn right to the airport of Trapani-Birgi, to the left goes to the SV Marsala north, and continue straight along the coast road south of the city.
Continue for about 6 km, after a series of curves arrives in Contrada Spagnola 86.
