Nubes Alba B&B is located on the second floor of an ancient building with no lift.
It has a recently renovated breakfast room Helianthus where you can enjoy buffet breakfast and where the coffee corner for guests with tea and coffee is always available.
It has as only two bedrooms, one double room with private bathroom outside the room with a shower and hairdryer, and a double/twin room with a possibility of adding an extra bed for children up to the age of 12. It has an en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower and hairdryer.
The kitchen is not available for guests.

The historic center of Perugia is a restricted traffic area, there can only be accessed at certain times for loading and unloading of luggage and you can not park, but you can use the car parks outside the city center, and use the public transport as Minimetrò or the escalators crossing the Rocca Paolina.
