You can have spectacular view of world's highest mountain Mt Everest (8848m) along with other eights thousanders including Mt. Lhotse , Mt Makalu and Mt Cho Oyu from the Everest base camp but for the best view of these mountains you have to climb up little to Kalapathhar. Along with the mountain views, this trek also helps you to know about the living style of the world famous, successful and bravest climbers- The Sherpas. On the other hand, you can spend some time in Sagarmatha National Park watching the beautiful floras and faunas protected in the national park. The trek does not end up here; you can furthermore visit the local villages, many monasteries, enjoy the peculiar landscapes and the hospitality of Sherpas.

Our journey starts with scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla to the base camp via forest of rhododendron, through the heartland of the Sherpa community. In the Everest region, there is a hospital located Khunde and health post at Pheriche. Doctors are available for the first aid treatment. Everest base camp trek is medium-hard class. This trek might be troublesome for some of the tourist because of its high altitude. You should be fit in order to have good experience of this trek. It can be quite strenuous at times as you have to walk for an average of six hours every day. However, the presence of tea houses along the route gives us time for refreshments and rest. On this tea house treks, our guide will make all your food and accommodation arrangements. With our assistance you can reach the Everest Base Camp after seven days of walking. Everest base camp trek is known as world highest peak region trekking. We have to be flexible in time as there may be delay in flight due to weather in some cases. So it will be better if we keep 1 or 2 days extra in our itinerary.

The best time to visit this trek is from March to May for spring season and September to November for autumn season.However, on request the trek can be planned any time throughout the year.

Normally, we will walk 5/6 hours every day while on the trek which starts around 7:30am after hot breakfast. We will take a break for lunch between 12:00-1:00 pm, which may take about one and half hour. After our lunch we continue our trek to reach the today's destination.

We supply dinner at 7:30 pm. Warm dining rooms are available for dinner.


Everest Base Camp Trip Itinerary:-
Day 01 : Kathmandu airport arrival and transfer to the hotel. (1300m). Overnight at hotel on B/B plan.
Day 02 : Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2,652m) - 3/4 hrs trek. Overnight at lodge inclusive full board meals.
Day 03 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) - 5/6 hrs trek. Overnight at lodge inclusive full board meals.
Day 04 : Acclimatization day. Overnight at lodge inclusive full board meals.
Day 05 : Trek to Tengboche (3,860m) - 5/6 hrs trek. Overnight at lodge inclusive full board meals.
Day 06 : Trek to Pheriche (4,410m) - 5 hrs trek. Overnight at lodge inclusive full board meals.
Day 07 : Rest day. Overnight at lodge inclusive full board meals.
Day 08 : Trek to Lobuche (4,910m) - 5 hrs trek. Overnight at lodge inclusive full board meals.
Day 09 : Trek to Everest Base Camp (5400m) - 7/8 hrs trek. Overnight at lodge inclusive full board meals.
Day 10 : Trek to Pheriche. via Kala Patthar (4210m) - 7 hrs trek. Overnight at lodge inclusive full board meals.
Day 11 : Trek back to Namche (3440m) - 5/6 hrs trek. Overnight at lodge inclusive full board meals.
Day 12 : Trek back to Lukla (2800m) - 6/7 hrs trek. Overnight at lodge inclusive full board meals.
Day 13 : Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Farewell dinner in evening on our successful trip completion. Overnight at hotel.
Day 14 : Drop you to the international airport for your departure. OR you can join our adventure activities such as jungle safari, rafting, paragliding and mountain flights.

Trekkers should be physically fit and mentally prepared to complete this trek. And travel insurance is required in case of emergency helicopter evacuation. Age between 12 years to 65 years olds are accepted.

We arrange this trek for groups of family, friends, colleagues and couple, individual. Small group departure and private departure are available.

2 nights double occupancy accommodation at star hotel category in Kathmandu city which includes bed and breakfast.

Twin sharing accommodation at local lodges for overnight stay including full board meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with hot tea or coffee as per your choice everyday during the trek. Continental, Chinese, Nepali and Indian menu foods will be served.

No any restriction are on gender and smoking for this trek but we always suggest our guest don't smoke while you are on high altitude treks in Nepal Himalayan region, if you don't atleast try to reduce.
